1. Ordering Method
For security reasons, we only accept orders sent by FAX, using our fax order form.
Please print out the above form, fill in the necessary information, and fax it to us at +81 (0) 3 3943-6024.

2. Payment
We only accept payments by credit card (Visa, American Express, or Mastercard).
Credit number, expiry date and CSC number* are required.
*CSC (Card Security Code) is a new authentication scheme established by credit card companies to reduce the risk of credit card fraud for online transactions.
The location of it depends on the card type.
Visa and Mastercard has CSC on the back, above your signiture, its last 3 figures are your CSC number.
In case of American Express, CSC is on the front, above the card number.
For security reasons, do NOT send your credit card information to us by email.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are not included in the price of the book. We will dispatch our item to you via Japan Postal, by either of the following methods:

• By EMS (international speed post) ex: 1kg to US = 2,400/ to EU = 2,800Yen
Usually delivers within 3 to 5days

• By SAL (half air, half ship economy) ex: 1kg to US&EU=1,080 Yen
Usually delivers within 7 to 14 days
|

• Please specify which type of delivery you prefer when you order.
|

• Shipping rates vary according to the weight of the book(s) and its destination.
|
|
• Upon receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email to inform you the estimated shipping fee.
|
|
• As soon as we receive your confirmation that the rates are acceptable, we will ship the item and again send you an e-mail to inform you the total amount of price that will be charged to you and the estimated delivery time.
